We love Cox's. Shopped here for years. One improvement that customers would greatly appreciate is adding signs to the aisle numbers listing what plants are in the aisle. The greenhouses are so crowded, it would help with traffic flow. It would assist the workers as they wouldn't have to answer so many questions. It would make the customer experience better.

This is my countryside spot. I first discovered this garden center back when we lived in Plainfield — and it’s been love ever since. I bought hostas and lilies that year, and they grew beautifully, full of life and color. Everything I’ve ever planted from here has thrived.
This spring, even though we’ve moved to Westfield, I made the trip back — because honestly, I haven’t found a better place. I left with a car full of happiness: hydrangea, alliums, petunias, dusty miller (my silver beauty!), and more.
It’s not just about the plants — it’s about the feeling. You come here, and it’s like the land is smiling at you. Grateful, inspired, and already planning my next visit. ✨🤍✨
